Improvements to our UI/UX across the platform
We hear your feedback! When creating new bookings, it can become quite challenging to add dozens of SKU’s to a single booking. We’ve made the process of multi-adding SKU’s easier with a dropdown and multi-select option.
We’re also making it easier customers to edit and change data within the platform by rolling out a new table format. Starting with products, and soon expanding to suppliers and bookings, this simplify the process of interacting with your data.
Files across the platform can now be previewed in the browser, as opposed to having to download them individually

Advanced Analytics
We’ve made significant changes to our analytics: we can now collect data on the number of samples you are inspecting with every booking made in the FQ system.
We’re able to visualize that data so you can create better sampling plans. You’ll see number of defects, with sample size factored in as a rate - giving you an even more accurate perspective of your quality levels
