Inspection Level

Inspection Level is the sample size for inspections, classified into General and Special categories.

For General Inspection, levels I, II, and III are used, with higher levels indicating larger sample sizes.

• Level I is suitable for routine inspections with trusted suppliers.
• Level II is recommended for most customers.
• Level III suits new suppliers or specific issue investigations.

Special levels, denoted as S1, S2, S3, or S4, involve smaller samples and are ideal for time-consuming or highly detailed inspections.
