Jenson is an Account Executive here at Factored Quality. Prior to joining our team, he spent the last 8+ years working with consumer brands both in strategic planning / growth, as well as sell-side mergers and acquisitions. He holds degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Claremont McKenna College, where he was also an NCAA athlete on the Men’s Water Polo team.

John is an Account Executive here at Factored Quality. John brings 10+ years of experience in import compliance and transportation. Before joining our team, he started his career at Expeditors Intl., where he worked as a licensed customs broker. He also worked in Sales at Flexport where he helped fast-growing consumer brands optimize their international supply chains.

Rose is an Executive Assistant at Factored Quality and brings a diverse set of skills to the team. Her background includes copywriting, project management, and social media marketing. Prior to joining Factored Quality, Rose worked as an EA to the Chief People and Culture Officer at 15Five. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Chris is the Testing & Compliance Manager at Factored Quality, with previous experience as a Quality Assurance Manager at Imitation Hong Kong Limited and Quirky Inc. He earned a degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from City University of Hong Kong.

Basic is an Asia Operations Associate at Factored Quality. With 9 years of experience as a Technical Quality Manager at Native Union, he has a strong background in Quality Control. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management from The University of Hong Kong.
